My name is Michelle Finnan. I have been working at Head Start for twenty-one years. I am an Assistant Teacher. I enjoy working with children. I have four beautiful daughters, three grandsons, two granddaughters and one deceased granddaughter. I was born and raised in Athens, GA. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family.

Mrs. Risa Solomon
Hi, my name is Risa Solomon, I'm a Assistant Teacher at Putnam Co. Headstart. I love it especially coming to work everyday seeing and working with the kids. With the few years at school, I have laughed and listened to the funniest things the kids say and do. Now I'm in the process of completing my degree from Central Ga. Technical College. But in the meantime, in my spare time I Love Shopping, traveling, and just being with Family and Friends.

Ms. Kortne' Cobb
My name is Kortne' Cobb and I am new to Putnam County Headstart. I am from Sparta, Ga. I graduated from Hancock Central High School in 2010. I received my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Georgia Technical College. In my spare time, I like shopping, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I really look forward to building relationships with the children, and to watch their smiling faces light up as they learn new things and grow into wonderful individuals.
Ms. Angela Roberts
I have been in education for 25 plus years. My biggest joy is spending time with my four grandchildren. When I'm not with them, and have any free time, I enjoy reading. I've also worked at Central Georgia Technical College for the past 16 years. This doesn't leave a lot of free time, but I enjoy it.
Ms. Penny Waller
My name is Penny Waller and I am a new to Putnam County Head Start. I enjoy workng with chikdren and desire to make a difference in their lives. I am thankful for this opportunity and excited about the great things I will experience. My motto is "Do everything in love".
Ms. Marquita Stubbs
My name is Marquita Stubbs. I am a resident of Eatonton, Georgia. I received my high school diploma from Social Circle High School in 2004. I have been working with children for 12 yrs and I really do enjoy every moment of it. I received my TCC in Early Childhood Education from Central Georgia Technical College. I am now working on obtaining my Associates degree. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping, and traveling. I am enthusiastic about being apart of the Head Start team.

Mrs. Hope Tew
My name is Hope Tew. This is my second year with Putnam County Head Start. My husband and I have been in Putnam for 15 years. We have 10 children and 9 grandchildren. I will have my CDA's by January 2024. Summer of 2024 I will start classes for my bachelor degree.
Alexis Frye
Hi, my name is Alexis Frye. I’m from Washington Co. & I’m 26 years old. I graduated from Washington County High School in 2015. I’ll always be a Golden Hawk, but I’m very excited to be joining the Putnam Co. School System this school year & becoming a War Eagle. I have a TCC & Diploma in Early Childhood Education that I obtained from Oconee Fall Line Technical College. I’m currently working on obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. My goal is to one day become a Pre-K or a Kindergarten teacher. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family & friends & I also work as a Certified Nursing Assistant taking care of the elderly. I’m looking forward to a wonderful school year with my students & my coworkers. I want to make learning fun & make great memories along the way.
Shurita Gresham
My name is Shurita Gresham. This will be my first year working as a teacher assistant at Putnam Co. Head start. I have several of years of experience. Teaching has always been a passion of mine. I look forward to a great year at Putnam County Head Start. We will have fun learning and growing together.
